Revision Policy
At WGU Exam Help, our primary goal is your success. We are proud of our track record: in 2025, we have not had a single failed exam. Our team of experienced WGU alumni and subject specialists prepare students thoroughly, making failures extremely rare.
However, in the unlikely event that a course, Objective Assessment (OA), or proctored exam is not passed on the first attempt, we offer a Revision Policy designed to protect and support our students.
When Revisions Apply
- Revisions are available only in the event of a failed exam, OA, or course.
- Requests must be directly related to the same exam/course initially supported.
- Revisions do not apply to passed exams, rescheduled exams, or unrelated new courses.
What the Revision Includes
- Comprehensive review of the exam results to identify areas of weakness.
- Targeted preparation plan covering the competencies or content that caused the difficulty.
- Additional tutoring or practice sessions focused on bridging the gaps.
- Free re-prep support until the exam is successfully passed (one revision per course/exam).
Limitations
- Revisions are only granted for confirmed exam/course failures.
- Students must provide documentation of the failed result to initiate the revision process.
- Revisions cannot be transferred to another student, course, or exam.
Our Commitment
We believe in the quality of our preparation and stand behind every student we support. Failures are exceedingly rare, but in the unlikely case it happens, our Revision Policy ensures you receive the guidance you need to achieve success on your next attempt.
Your success is our guarantee—because at WGU Exam Help, we don’t measure results in attempts, but in outcomes.
